Factory Warranty

All Volkswagen passenger cars sold through Volkswagen Hong Kong (VWHK) come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty* starting from the date of car delivery and with no limit of mileage. It covers free vehicle repairing and replacement of any faulty parts (provided that the fault is found due to the manufacturer’s assembling or quality of the parts).

Volkswagen commercial vehicles also come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty*.

2 years with unlimited mileage since delivery, for new passenger vehicles sold by Volkswagen Hong Kong (VWHK) from 20th May 2008
12 years against rust through corrosion for passenger vehicles

Extended Power-train Warranty

To show our strong confidence in our products and commitment to the local market, we are proud to present the Extended Power-train warranty programme.

5-year or 100,000km (whichever comes first) extended power-train warranty programme for new passenger vehicles sold by Volkswagen Hong Kong (VWHK) from 20th May 2008.
